How does bhomy adapt to the language and terminology of my industry?

During onboarding we provide an industry-specific knowledge base and glossary (e.g. diagnostic codes, mandate types, damage categories, room types). The agent uses these terms both for understanding and answering and is fine-tuned with your typical requests, escalation rules and politeness conventions.

Does bhomy detect emergencies and route critical callers correctly?

Yes. For industries with emergency logic (medical practices, property management, law firms), we configure triage rules: keywords (e.g. chest pain, water damage, arrest warrant), time-of-day rules and callback windows are checked, the caller immediately hears the right emergency information and is forwarded to the defined on-call service or called back as a priority.

How does bhomy handle industry-specific privacy requirements?

Health-care and legal industries face elevated requirements. bhomy provides a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, optionally an additional joint-controllership addendum, and respects medical confidentiality (§ 203 German Criminal Code) and lawyer confidentiality. Patient and client data remain under your control; nothing is used for training.
