How to reach us

Contact, response times & data protection

BHOMY is an EU-based company. We answer enquiries about AI phone assistants, demos and compliance within four business hours, usually faster. You can reach us through three channels.

Consultation call (recommended)

Book a 30-minute Google Meet slot above. You will receive a calendar invite with the meeting link, preparation questions and a GDPR-compliant confirmation. Slots outside regular office hours are available on request.

Email

For general enquiries write to support@bhomy.ai. We reply Mon–Fri between 09:00 and 18:00 CET within four hours; weekend requests are handled on the next business day. GDPR Art. 15 access requests go to datenschutz@bhomy.ai.

Data processing & legal

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) per Art. 28 GDPR is available on request in German and English. BHOMY processes data exclusively on EU servers; no third-country transfer to the US takes place.

What happens after booking

Right after confirmation you receive an email with meeting link, agenda and a short preparation form (5 questions, 2 minutes). In the call we clarify use-case, industry, target call volume and SIP setup. Within 60 minutes you have a written recommendation including plan and implementation roadmap.

Common questions before your first call

Is the first call free?
Yes. The 30-minute consultation is free and non-binding. We only recommend a plan after a clear use-case is defined and never roll out anything without written approval.
How fast do you reply to emails?
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 CET within four hours. Weekend or holiday requests are answered on the next business day before 12:00.
Does BHOMY process personal data in a GDPR-compliant way?
Yes. BHOMY processes data exclusively on EU servers (Frankfurt, Amsterdam) and offers a standard Art. 28 GDPR DPA. There is no third-country data transfer and we never use your call data for model training.
Which languages are supported in the first call?
German and English natively; French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Chinese on request through a bilingual team member.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. The confirmation email contains a reschedule and cancel link. Changes are free up to 30 minutes before the meeting.
