When you refer, your customer signs the contract with bhomy and bhomy sends the invoice. You earn a commission. When you resell, you buy from bhomy at a discount, invoice your customer yourself and set the price. Both run through the same partner account, and you choose per customer.

Companies based in Germany, such as agencies, IT service providers, phone system vendors and consultants. If you serve more than 2,500 customers, employ more than 250 people or have annual revenue above €50M, we agree on the partnership with you beforehand.

The free partner account costs nothing. Partner Plus costs €49 net per month, can be cancelled at the end of the billing month, and includes 250 instead of 25 demo minutes, 2 phone numbers, your own greeting and SIP for your own numbers. Partner Plus is activated with the first payment, the free partner account after the intro call. You add a card when you sign up. If you do not win a paying customer within the first 3 months in the free partner account, the demo minutes lapse; your account remains.

Yes, 25 demo minutes every month for demos and tests, 250 with Partner Plus; unused minutes lapse at the end of the month. You can add more minutes as a package at any time. Call transfer and SMS work as in any account, and SIP is available with Partner Plus. Importing phone numbers, campaigns and outbound calls via bhomy are blocked in the partner account. The account is meant for demos, not as your main phone line and not for paying customers.

Commission becomes available 30 days after payment. You do not write an invoice: we settle automatically every month by self-billed credit note once your balance reaches €100, otherwise at the end of the quarter. The credit note arrives as an e-invoice within the first 10 days of the following month, and the money by bank transfer by the end of that month. Balances do not expire.

Yes. You offer setup, training and ongoing care at your own prices and bill them yourself, independently of commission or discount.

Yes. To get started, the live onboarding walks you through the partner account, the demo and the first steps with customers in 45 minutes. After that, there is a webinar for partners every four weeks, and the partner academy, guides and materials are available in the help center.

When you bring in a company as a new partner, you receive 5% of the net plan revenue of the customers that partner brings. This applies to one level and for as long as you are both partners; it is settled with your monthly credit note. The other partner’s commission or discount is not affected.

Yes. As long as your customer pays, you receive commission, even if we end the partnership. If you terminate yourself or we end it because of a breach, the commission ends with the partner agreement.

Your level is based on your customers’ net revenue over the last 12 months: Bronze from your first customer at 10%, Silver from €5,000 at 15%, Gold from €10,000 at 20%, Platinum from €40,000 at 25%, Diamond from €130,000 at 30%. When you move up, the new rate applies to all of your customers from the following month.

On the net plan price your customer has paid. Setup, minute packages, phone numbers, connection and SMS costs are not included, nor are refunds and chargebacks. For customers with more than 10,000 minutes per month, bhomy may calculate the commission on the contribution margin after 30 days’ notice.

Through your partner link or your personal partner code at sign-up. You may share the link publicly; the code you pass on only in direct contact, for example in a conversation or an offer. We only attribute a customer retroactively with proof, within 3 months of the purchase. Each customer belongs to exactly one partner.

If bhomy was in documented active contact with the customer before the attribution, you receive at most the entry rate of 10% for that customer for 12 months. After that, your level applies.

As a reseller you start at Silver with 15%. As your customers’ revenue grows, you move up: Gold 20%, Platinum 25%, Diamond 30%. The discount applies to the list price of the plans; minute packages, phone numbers, setup, connection and SMS costs are charged at list price. A level-up applies from the next billing period.

Yes. You create a separate account for each customer, switch into it and assign the permissions. Licences are not shared or bundled.

You invoice your customer and are their first point of contact for support. Whatever you cannot solve, bhomy takes over. For each customer account, bhomy invoices you as it would a direct customer, at list price minus your discount, and you pay via your stored payment method.

Yes, the end price is entirely your decision. bhomy gives a non-binding recommended price.

Not for marketing. bhomy only contacts your customers when it is necessary for legal reasons, for security, during an outage, for important changes or at the end of the contract.

Your customers stay your customers. We keep supplying the existing customer accounts for at least three months and until the end of their current billing period at your last discount. We do not ask you for customer data.
