BHOMY plans include everything required to operate an AI phone assistant in production: voice licences (STT, LLM, TTS), SIP trunk integration, EU hosting, GDPR documentation and support. There are no hidden per-minute surcharges or concurrency limits that need to be unlocked later.

What is included in every plan

Each plan ships with the full voice stack: German/English speech-to-text with industry vocabulary, an LLM with function-calling for CRM integration, and neural TTS voices from a curated multilingual voice catalogue. On top: unlimited SIP configuration, webhook endpoints, audit logs and standard DPA.

What drives the per-minute cost

Effective call cost depends on three factors: average call duration (typically 90–180 seconds for appointment booking), LLM call complexity (RAG with knowledge base vs. simple scripts) and SIP carrier rate. In the first call we compute a binding effective per-minute price based on your call mix.

ROI in practice

A clinic with 1,200 calls/month at 3 min average replaces around 60 hours/month of reception work. At a fully loaded rate of €35/hr that equals €2,100 of replaced personnel cost — for a typical plan at €299–599/month this is a 3.5–7× ROI from the first full month of operation.

Scaling and plan changes

You can change plans monthly; unused minutes are credited to the following month (cap: 25 % of plan volume). During load spikes additional concurrent calls are billed at the normal per-minute rate — no call is ever rejected.

Common pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, SIP configuration, voice selection and initial knowledge-base seeding are included in the first month. There are no hidden onboarding fees.
What is the minimum term?
Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly. Annual plans have a 12-month minimum and are 17 % cheaper; after that they roll over monthly.
What happens if I exceed the included minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at the agreed effective per-minute rate (typically €0.12–0.28/min depending on plan). There is no service stop and no surge pricing.
Do prices include VAT?
All listed prices are net and apply to business customers. German customers pay 19 % VAT on top; EU customers with a valid VAT-ID receive a reverse-charge invoice.
Which payment methods are accepted?
SEPA direct debit (preferred), credit card and bank transfer with 14-day payment terms. Annual contracts are invoiced in full at contract start.
Can I try the assistant before signing?
Yes. In the 30-minute consultation you hear a live demo with your industry, use-case and typical questions. A 14-day pilot with real SIP setup is available on request for a flat fee.
