All data is stored on servers in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). There is no transfer to the USA or other third countries.
Conversations are transcribed for processing. You can configure the storage duration yourself. Automatic deletion after X days is possible.
No. Your conversation data is not used to train AI models. Your data belongs to you.
